Menai Bridge 0-23 Bethesda II

The visitors gained a convincing win,  nilling the home team, who will be bitterly dissapointed with their performance. Bethesda were superior in all facets of the game, dangerous in the loose, well organised in the set piece and kicking with purpose and skill. The opening score came in the 20th minute, a well worked try scored by Osian Davies in the centre. Wil Parry and Iestyn Hughes joined Davies on the score sheet with a try apiece, taking the game well away from the homeside. Penalties were also slotted over to keep the scoreboard ticking for the away team. This result makes the top of Division 3 interesting with a number of teams now in the mix behind Caernarfon II.
Bridge Coach Paul Mullins described the performance as disjointed and has a lot of work to do with his side to inject a cohesive pattern of play.
