Following the recent WRU announcement that clubs are able to return to non contact training, the club will be returning to training on Thursday 12/11/20 with a 6.45 pm start.
The sessions will be non contact drills, with a 20 minute Touch rugby game to end the session.
We are always looking to increase our squad, so new players are most welcome.
All our training sessions follow all of the Welsh Government and WRU Guidlines.
