Pre-season training for the men's team starts this week at 7:00pm every Tuesday and Thursday. The first two weeks will be at Newborough beach (meet at the car park by Jade Village in Menai Bridge at 6.30pm) before moving back to Menai Bridge on Tuesday 3rd July.
