It was with great sadness that we have learnt that ex-Bangor, Llangefni and Menai Bridge player T. Meredydd Jones (Mereds) passed away peacefully at Ysbyty Gwynedd in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
Mereds played for Menai Bridge during the nineties, was ex-player Derwyn Jones' father and the uncle of current club captain Dion Mcgrath.
The funeral is to take place at Capel Rhos y Gâd, Llanfairpwll on Monday 17th of September at 1:30pm.
Deepest condolonces to all the family in their sad loss.
Gorffwys mewn hedd Mereds. Update on 15/09/18 The funeral will be held at Rhos y Gad Chapel, Llanfairpwll on Monday 17th of September at 1.30pm to follow at Rhandir Hedd Cemetery . A reception will be held at Carreg Bran Hotel following the service.
